Sales Process
Printer-friendly versionThe client would have called or emailed Blooming Gardens requesting a quotation to have some landscape work done. An appointment would be made for us to come meet with you. We would then begin to discuss what your landscape requirements are. Your budget is very important in the process so we will ask you what your budget is. We will take notes of your requests and may take some photos of what your property looked like before the work was completed.
Our technician will then proceed to take measurements of the property. Most of the time this is completed on the spot but sometimes our technicians will have to return at a later date. Once the design and proposal are completed we will contact you to set up another meeting. Their may be a charge depending on the size of the design. The design process usually takes about 2 weeks. We will then proceed to explain the design and answering any questions you may have. Sometimes clients will make their decision on the spot but usually they will call us back in a few days to "firm things up." When both parties have come to an agreement then we sign the landscape contract.
A 10% deposit will be required at this time. We will then narrow down a time as to when the job will be completed. We will call you a few days before to make sure these days are OK to proceed.
